This morning I woke up at six in the morning, which, if you know me at all you know, is a great feat in and of itself. Then I met Destinee at the Colvin. I worked out on the elliptical at level 10 for fifteen minutes. Afterwards I rode the stationary bike for twenty minutes with the fat burn setting. When I got home I had a small portion of leftover fettuccine and chicken Alfredo and a roll. I ate the rest of my leftovers for lunch and a Twix ice cream bar as a snack. For dinner I had a chopped chicken cobb salad with kettle chips. After work I had another Twix ice cream bar (Oops.)
My goal weight is 165 lbs (meaning I have to lose 76 lbs.) I know that that is a lot of weight it is going to take time to get there healthily. I don't mean for this to be just another diet. I want to change my entire life. Thinking realistically I can lose about 1.5 lbs. a week. So my first goal is to lose 6 lbs. by April 3. If I make this goal on time I am going to reward myself by getting my first tattoo! Ideally I would like to be under 200 lbs. by September 17 (my 21st birthday!) and using this first goal as a stepping stone I should be able to meet that goal. I feel really confident right now and I am looking forward to having a set schedule to workout.
