Today I ate leftover tortellini alla panna and two rolls for lunch, there was no breakfast to speak of. At the Colvin I worked my arms and shoulders on a machine whose name I do not know. I also worked on a crunch machine for about ten minutes. Afterwards I did 55 crazy sit ups on this upside down bench thing. To finish off my workout I rode the stationary bike for 25 minutes with a 5 minute cool down on fat burn mode. I was so sweaty and so ridiculously sore. Then Destinee, Emily, and I ate three cheese rice-a-roni with chicken and wheat thins. Overall not the healthiest food wise, but my portions were fairly small and I got an amazing workout. I feel great about day one!
