Day 11
Today was definitely a struggle for me. My morning workout was cancelled so I woke up late and that threw my entire day off. Since I woke up around 11:30 I didn't exactly have breakfast, but I did eat a bowl of leftover chicken noodle soup with toasted pepper jack cheese on whole grain bread. A couple of hours later I had some leftover baked penne and a grapefruit. After that I had another bowl of chicken noodle soup, sprinkled with red pepper flakes and tortilla chips. Kylla and Corey came over for dinner and I made tacos. I used yellow corn tortillas and baked them in the oven instead of frying them. As usual I used ground turkey, which I seasoned with McCormick taco seasoning. I had three tacos with lettuce, mozzarella, homemade salsa, and far free sour cream. I also drank some frozen margarita mix. After dinner I had a cookie.. Then I had a Twix bice cream bar. Then I had another. And then I had some wheat thins with weight watchers white cheddar cheese, which I now wish I had eaten two Twix bars and a cookie ago. So today was a rest day, I guess. I wish I could unearth some of those things, but I'm honestly proud that I didn't eat much worse and much because I was definitely having cravings. Anyways, I at least know that I am doing much better than I have been. Tomorrow is a new day, and hopefully it will be a much healthier one. I'm planning on spending some extra time at the gym considering today's lack of vigilance. As hard as today was, I still believe that I can make it.
