Day 6
Today was my first day off from exercising. My inner thighs were extremely sore from using the hip abductor yesterday. I had to work at eight this morning, so for breakfast I had a slice of cold hideaway pizza (with sun dried tomatoes, feta, chicken, and bacon) in the car on the way to work. On my break at work I ate a Greek salad, and a spinach and artichoke egg souffle. After work I ate a half sierra turkey sandwich which was left over from lunch. We celebrated Heather's birthday tonight and went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner where I had a chicken tender salad with mild wing sauce and bleu cheese dressing, and drank strawberry lemonade. Afterwards we came back to out apartment, and played "beer pong" (there was no beer involved). My friends got quite drunk and I played babysitter, as I have to work very early in the morning. I didn't much mind though, because I found it all quite entertaining. As a late night snack I had another slice of Hideaway pizza and a couple of pieces of cookie cake. Even though I don't think that the food I had today was too "bad", I do think I ate too much, especially considering that this last week I haven't been eating much. My stomach is not happy with me. On the upside, one of my friends (while inebriated mind you) mentioned that I looked like I had lost weight. Hopefully I can have more days like yesterday, and less like today.
