Day 17

Today I had planned to clean and work out. I ended up getting called in to work, and giving a ride to one of my coworkers, so my plans changed. For lunch I had the last of my baked penne, and some grapefruit. I also had two cookies. On my break at work I had a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, half a Thai chopped chicken salad, and an apple. While at work also had a chai tea latte that was a mess up. After work I had two more cookies. Even though my food choices weren't necessarily the healthiest I was right on track with daily amount of PointsPlus. In some ways I feel like I have such a long way to go still, and it's very daunting, but I just have to remember to take it one day at a time.
