Day 14
Today was not a day full of perfect meals, but I did come in below my PointsPlus target, which is good. Again I did not wake up in the morning. I really need to get a handle on my sleeping habits, because I know it's a factor in losing weight. For lunch I had my leftover chicken Pomodoro, and a roll. Then I had two servings of Ben & Jerry's Greek Frozen Yogurt. I also had half a grapefruit before heading to work. For dinner at work I had a half chopped chicken Cobb salad, and chicken tortilla soup, with an apple (my latest "usual"). Even though I didn't actually work out, I did lots of sweeping, mopping and vacuuming at work, so I was somewhat physically active. After work I had the other half of my grapefruit. Tomorrow I have to weigh myself and I am both nervous and excited to see the results of this past week.
