Day 25
This morning I had to work from seven until four. I was completely exhausted because I didn't get off of work until late, and I couldn't fall asleep right away. I started getting cranky and angry at work. It was bad. Before I went to work I had a bowl of Sunbelt Bakery granola, with strawberries and skim milk. On my break at work I had a Mediterranean egg white sandwich on whole grain. After work I had a half chopped chicken Cobb, a cup of chicken tortilla, and half an apple (it wasn't a very good apple). I also had a serving of wheat thins with a wedge of tomato basil and mozzarella cheese. I took a quick nap, and then had to start getting ready because we (Heather, Kylla, and myself) went to see the Hunger Games! At first I wasn't sure if I should go or not because I was so tired, and not in the best mood, but I ended up liking it a lot. I had such a strong emotional connection to the books, and expected to be disappointed but I really felt that they did a good job of capturing its essence. I literally cried throughout the entire movie. After we got home from the movie I ate a serving of wheat thins and a wedge of chipotle and queso fresco cheese. Then I had a serving of Ben & Jerry's FroYo. I didn't eat any popcorn or drink any soda at the movies, which I am quite proud of. I had planned to go to the gym right after work today, but I was way too exhausted. I know that I need to find a way to fit in my workouts, hopefully my work schedule will be more consistent and that will help me get on a regular sleep and exercise schedule.
