Day 23
Today I was off from work, and had planned to be very productive, but instead I did nothing. I was so tired and felt really lazy. For lunch I had an omelette with feta cheese, red and orange bell pepper, three egg whites, one slice of turkey, and salsa. As a snack I had a white cheddar cheese wedge with one serving of wheat thins. As another snack I had a parfait with plain fat free yogurt, granola, and strawberries. For dinner I had two servings of wheat thins, two slices of provolone, and three slice of turkey. I also had large serving of edamame. After dinner I had five pieces of sugar-free gum, and two little boxes of raisins. Even though I feel bad for having been lazy, I am proud that my food choices were pretty good.
