Day 9

This morning it was so hard to get out of bed, but I somehow managed to do it. I was really worried about being late, but as it turns out I had no reason to worry because Dest and Emily didn't leave until it was already 6:30. At the gym I did twenty minutes of fat burn, and ten of cardio on the stationary bike. Afterwards I did the stair stepper for two minutes. I know that sounds odd, but it was time to go, and I was exhausted. For breakfast I had an omelette with turkey, jalapeƱos, and mozzarella, with green tea to drink. For lunch I had pizza on whole grain bread, with leftover spaghetti sauce (ground turkey, not beef), and feta cheese. To drink I had English Breakfast tea. For snacks I had half a bag of sun chips, and a grapefruit. For dinner I had baked penne pasta, made with eggs, ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese. After dinner I had a strawberry, peach, and green tea smoothie and a cookie. I know that probably sounds like a lot, it feels like a lot to me. I joined weight watchers this afternoon and discovered that I haven't been eating enough, hence the change increase in my diet. Even after all of that I still have about nine points left for today. I'm hoping that weight watchers helps me to stay on track for the next year.
