Day 12

Today was another difficult one for me. I don't think it was nearly as bad as yesterday, but again I didn't work out as I had planned. I woke up late again, which is awful because I am still working on re-setting my body clock. I have to work in the morning so hopefully that will help me to get back on track. For lunch I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup, a serving of Wheat Thins, and a wedge of Weight Watchers white cheddar cheese. As a snack I had a Twix ice cream bar. The good news is that that was the last one, so I won't have them around to tempt me anymore. At work I had a You Pick Two with a cup of our amazing chicken tortilla soup, and a half chopped chicken Cobb salad, with an apple on the side. After work I had another bowl of chicken noodle soup and a mixed berry smoothie. Then I had a serving of Wheat Thins with another wedge of the Weight Watchers white cheddar cheese. Even though I didn't work out today, and I didn't eat perfectly I stayed within my allotted amount of points. The past few days have been hard, I will admit that, but I still believe that I can do it. I know how strong I am, and I know that I am even stronger with God by my side as He always is. I am very much looking forward to meeting my first weight loss goal so that I can get that tattoo to remind always that I am His.
