This morning I woke more sore than I think I have ever been in my life. At eight I did yoga for about 40 minutes with Destinee. I had a turkey sandwich with caesar dressing on wheat bread. I didn't have lunch but I ate a blueberry nutrigrain bar as a snack. For dinner I had a salad with almonds, field greens, chicken and maple vinaigrette. I also had strawberry lemonade and three or four chicken, cheese, and bean nachos.
