Day 18
I had today off from work, which was nice, because I stayed up very late on the phone last night. I know that I need to get myself on a decent sleep schedule soon, and I'm hoping that once Destinee and Emily come back from Spring Break I'll be able to do that since we'll be working out in the mornings again. For lunch today I had a salad with romaine, Gorgonzola, almonds, and light raspberry walnut vinaigrette. Around three I had about a cup of steamed mixed veggies, and a quesadilla with a slice of provolone, pepper jack, two slices of turkey, and tapatio, on a whole wheat tortilla. I went to the Colvin around six and rode the stationary bike on fat burn for 15 minutes. Afterwards I walked/ jogged on the treadmill for half an hours. After that I used the row machine for about ten minutes. I also used the hip abductor and the AbCoaster. I finished my workout by doing sit ups. On my way from the the gym I was starving and decided to splurge on Chipotle for dinner. I told myself that I didn't have to eat all of it, that it could be two or more meals. I bought a chicken burrito (black beans, brown rice, tomatillo salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese), chips and guacamole. I ended up eating all of it. The chips alone were 15 PointsPlus and I ended up using 20 of my weekly extra points just from that one meal! It was really good, but it was definitely too much food. The next time I have Chipotle I plan to pre-portion my food to avoid overeating. I feel like I completely destroyed my good workout with that meal. At least I didn't eat terribly and not work out..
