Day 20
I had another bad day. I guess it wasn't as bad as yesterday, but still, it sickens me. I started off well (except for not waking up in the morning). For lunch I had a salad with chicken, almonds, Gorgonzola, romaine, and raspberry walnut vinaigrette. At work I had half a chopped chicken Cobb salad (sans egg as usual), a cup of chicken tortilla soup, and an apple. While I was closing I ate half of a chocolate chip cookie. After work I had a sandwich on asiago focaccia with chicken, and provolone, two pickle slices, Panera kettle chips, and a chocolate chip cookie. That one cookie? Eighteen PointsPlus. Yeah. I feel like such a fatty. The good news is that counting the points I've earned from working out I haven't gone over my allowed points for the week, but there isn't too much wiggle room. I'm going to try to get to the gym tomorrow before work, but I'm afraid it won't be enough. No matter what I'm sure that I won't be seeing the results that I was hoping to see after this week. I am going to try to reel myself in and not binge eat anymore. Indulgence is fine in moderation, I just have to keep moderation in mind. I know that waking up in the morning and eating breakfast is going to help get me back on track as well. Hopefully next week is a lot better than this one has been.
