Day 21
Today was a pretty good one, although work was somewhat frustrating. For lunch I had a sandwich with provolone and chicken on asiago fococcia, two pickles slices, and half a grapefruit. This afternoon I went to the Colvin where I did 35 minutes on the treadmill (mostly fast paced walking, and a little bit of running), 100 reps on one hip abductor, 50 on the other, 100 reps on the vertical chest (that's the one whose name I never knew before!), 20 reps on the overhead press, 60 reps on the AbCoaster, and 50 sit ups. I had a quick sandwich before work with two slices of turkey, and provolone on asiago foccacia. For dinner I had another sandwich with provolone and chicken on asiago fococcia, two pickles slices, and half a grapefruit. I also had a salad with romaine, Gorgonzola, almonds, and raspberry walnut vinaigrette. Then I had 16 wheat thins (one serving), and a wedge of Weight Watchers white cheddar cheese. As a dessert of sorts I had a serving of honey bunches of oats with skim milk. I went over my daily allowance by one PointsPlus. I don't feel too badly about that because my workouts will account for that. Even so, I'm nervous about weighing myself tomorrow morning. I know that my eating this week has not been very good, but do feel confident about changes in my body. Hopefully this next week will be better than this one was.
